Min/Max Stock Levels per Product

Why It Matters:
Defining minimum and maximum quantities per product per storage helps avoid running out—or overstocking.

How to Configure:

  1. Go to a storage and find a product.
  2. Set the Minimum Quantity (when you want to be alerted).
  3. Set the Maximum Quantity (to avoid overstocking).
  4.  Once set, the system will monitor stock levels automatically.

Centralized Restock Screen

What It Does:
Gives you a bird’s-eye view of all products below their minimum levels.

How to Use It:

  1. Go to SMART STOCK > Restock.
  2. View products in two ways:
  3. Grouped by Storage (ideal for warehouse-based operations)
  4. Combined List View (for faster action across locations)
  5. Each product shows:
    1. Current Quantity
    2. Min/Max Stock Levels
    3. Open Purchase Order Info (if any)

 Direct Restocking to Cart

What You Can Do:
Quickly create a new cart directly from the Restock screen.

Steps:

  1. From the Restock Screen, select items below the minimum level from the same storage.
  2. Click Add to Cart.
  3. Confirm action (this clears the existing cart if any).
  4. The cart is created with the selected items, and the linked delivery address of the storage is applied automatically.

Automated Low Stock Alerts

Stay Notified Automatically

The system will:

  1. Continuously monitor all storages.
  2. Send alerts when any product hits the Minimum Stock Level.
  3. Include the product name, current quantity, and storage location in the alert.
