1. Smart Stock Management

Storage Setup & Address Linking: Easily link a specific company delivery address with a selected company storage.
Min/Max Stock Levels per Product/Storage: Define minimum and maximum desired stock quantities for each product within specific storage locations to enable inventory management and alerts.
Centralized Restock Screen: Access a dedicated screen showing all products currently below their minimum stock levels across all storages, viewable as a combined list or grouped by storage. Includes current quantity, min/max settings, and related open order info.
Direct Restocking to Cart: Select low-stock items (from the same storage) directly from the Restock screen and add them to a new shopping cart (clears existing cart after confirmation). The storage's delivery address is automatically used for checkout.
Automated Low Stock Alerts: Receive notifications listing products that have reached their minimum stock level

Pay with Your Company Wallet (Web & Mobile): use your positive company wallet balance to pay for orders fully or partially during Checkout, RFQ submission, and when updating payment methods.
Wallet Balance & Transaction History (Web & Mobile): Easily view your current wallet balance directly in the menu and access a detailed transaction history (deposits/withdrawals) with search and date filtering. Includes a quick link to request refunds via WhatsApp.
Admin Wallet Top-Up: Administrators can recharge company wallet balances directly.

Submit Cost+ Requests (Web): A new feature allowing users to submit purchase requests based on vendor quotations. Ideal for sourcing items not listed in the our catalog.
Automated Fee Calculation: The system automatically calculates applicable Lawazem fees (Cost+ Fee % and Delivery Fee % based on you quotation ) and VAT on the submitted proposal amount.
Convert the request to order: C Once the request is approved it will convert to lawazem order.

Enhanced Payment Information Display : Order details now feature a clearer breakdown showing exactly how an order was paid, especially for split payments involving Wallet, Cash, Card, PO, or Credit Accounts.
Paid Amount Displayed for Updates: When using the "Update Payment" option for partially paid or unpaid orders, the system now clearly displays the amount already paid.
