Ordering with Approval 

  • Cart & Checkout: Add items, pick a payment method (no charges yet).
  • Submit for Approval: Instead of placing the order, request sign‑off.
  • Multi‑Level Sign‑Off: If multiple approvals are needed, the order is automatically passed along until the final decision.
  • Fulfillment: Once fully approved, status changes to “Pending,” and payment is processed.

Mobile Optimization

  • Adaptive Interface: The layout is optimized for touch‑friendly navigation and quick actions on phones and tablets.
  • Streamlined Menus: Menus and icons are sized for easy tapping, reducing scrolling and boosting overall usability.

Company Admin Permissions

  • User Control: Only admins can invite or remove users, keeping access secure.
  • Address Management: Admins can add new addresses or remove outdated ones to maintain up‑to‑date company details.
