Cost Center & Budget Control Enhancements

Cost Center-Based Ordering

Users can now create carts, checkout, and place orders under a selected Cost Center across Web and Mobile platforms. Cost Center selection is available in the header on both Web and Mobile, enabling seamless context-aware ordering from start to finish.

Budget Control & Visibility

Added support for monthly limits, committed amount validation, and remaining budget visibility for better spending control. Budget remaining and committed amounts are now displayed across all Cost Center views, giving admins a clear picture of their spending status at all times.

Improved Checkout Validation

Enhanced validations for Cost Centers, delivery addresses, vendors, and payment scenarios to prevent invalid orders. The ability to add new addresses during Cost Center-based ordering flows has been restricted to maintain checkout integrity across both Web and Mobile.

Department & User Access Management

Improved user and department management linked to Cost Center permissions and purchasing access. User Groups and Departments management is now supported on Mobile, ensuring consistent access control across all platforms.

Enhanced Workflow Approvals

Improved approval flows with Cost Center handling.

Platform Stability Improvements

Included Android payment fixes, responsive UI enhancements, and multiple Web and Mobile stability improvements. Wallet payment auto-selection during order placement on Android has been fixed. Cost Center selection header responsiveness has been improved, along with additional system test and stability fixes across both platforms.
