1. Spend Report Analysis
This section provides a high-level overview of how your budget is distributed across categories.
Pie Chart: Displays the percentage of total spending per category (e.g., Food & Beverages vs. Others).
Date Customization: You can filter the report by selecting a "Start Date" and "End Date".
Activate Button: After selecting your dates, click "Activate" to update the charts and data for that specific period.
2. Product Invoice Summary Report
This report allows you to dive deeper into purchasing details at the product level.
Detailed Insights: Review invoices generated during a specific period to identify top-ordered products and total costs.
Filtering: Control the time range to align with your monthly or annual financial reporting.
How to Generate Reports:
Go to the Reports section from the side menu or dashboard.
Set the desired Date Range (From/To) using the calendar tool.
Click Activate to instantly generate your statistical summary.
