Billing Addresses

Manage multiple billing addresses to accurately track spending across various projects, branches, or subsidiaries.

1. Accessing Billing Addresses

Go to the Account section in the side menu.

Select Account Management and then the Addresses tab.

Click on the Billing Addresses toggle to view your saved locations.

2. Adding a New Billing Address

Click the [+ Add Billing Address] button to open the setup window:

Pinpoint Location: Use the map to select your location or search for a specific area.

Fill Details: Enter the Address Name, Mobile Number, Building, and Contact Person Name.

Save: Click Add Billing Address to confirm.
 

3. Available Actions & Restrictions

Please note that the platform currently supports the following actions for existing addresses:

Delete: To remove an address, click the Trash Can icon on the right side of the address card.

No Edit Feature: The platform does not allow editing a billing address after it has been saved. If you need to update information, you must Delete the existing entry and Add a new one with the corrected details.

Copy Address Code: Click the Copy icon next to the unique "Address Code" if you need to reference it for procurement or support requests.

Default Tag: The "Default" label indicates the primary address used for your transactions.
