Order with Agreements

Agreements and contracts are essential part of the Procurement and Supllychain procedure, to ensure governed and controlled spend across the company.

With such agreements, the company can set an agreed terms and conditions regarding payment term, scope of business, cap of spend, and duration per agreement.

Such agreements goes under credit payment term, usually NET30.

In Lawazem, we understand the criticality of agreements, and we introduced "Order with Agreement". With this feature, you can place your orders at the checkout page easily using Agreements instead of Cash on Delivery or Credit Card Payment.

There are three types of agreements:

• Capped: Those Agreements can be used as long as the total cap of the agreement is not reached
• Duration: Those Agreements can be used as long as the agreement is not yet expired.
• Capped + Duration: Those agreement can be used as long as the cap is not reached and the agreement did not expire.

Upon the checkout, the app will check the validity of the agreement and place the order accordingly.
