Order & Track on LAWAZEM Marketplace

Lawazem offers an easy and clear shopping experience that helps you save time and complete your order with ease. You can shop in one of three ways:

1. Shopping by Browsing Products:

1. Browse, search name or use categories to find products.
2. Click the (+) button to add the product to your cart.
3. After adding all needed products, click the Cart Icon at the top of the screen.
4. Review cart items, and check the price summary. You can adjust the quantities for any product as needed.
5. Choose the tag for the order, or easily create a new tag on the same page without losing your progress.
6. If consent on the sentence check the box, then click Checkout.
7. Select the delivery address for the branch/office. If it’s not registered, add a new address and continue the process.
8. Choose your preferred payment method. Or click on (+) icon on the price summary to use wallet.
9. Enter a discount coupon if available, and check the price summary after the discount.
10. Review all order details and click Confirm Order.

You can review your orders from the "Orders" page in the sidebar menu, where you will find details of each order. You can update the payment method, change the tag, or even reorder the same items with just one click on "Reorder," which will automatically add the same products to the cart.

2. Purchase by Searching Product Name.

Lawazem allows you to quickly find products by live-search feature.

1. Click the Search bar and type product name, then click it.
2. On the product page, click Add to Cart.
3. At the top of the screen, click the Cart Icon.
4. Review cart and check the price summary. You can adjust the quantities for any product as needed.
5. Choose the tag for the order, or easily create a new tag on the same page without losing your progress.
6. If consent on the sentence check the box, then click Checkout.
7. Select the delivery address for the branch/office. If it’s not registered, add a new address and continue the process.
8. Choose your preferred payment method. Or click on (+) icon on the price summary to use wallet.
9. Enter a discount coupon if available, and check the price summary after the discount.
10. Review all order details and click Confirm Order.

Just like the regular purchase method, you can review and manage your orders from the Orders page.

3. Shopping by Ready-Made Packs:

Lawazem offers ready-made product packs designed by our teams to meet the needs of various companies and save you time and effort.

Steps to purchase via Packs:

1. From the main shopping page or the Categories section, select Office Packages.
2. Choose the pack that suits you (e.g., CEO Office) from the list.
3. Click Add to Cart to add the products of the pack directly to the cart. You can add more packs in the same way.
4. At the top of the screen, click the Cart Icon.
5. Review cart and check the price summary. You can adjust the quantities for any product as needed.
6. Choose the tag for the order, or easily create a new tag on the same page without losing your progress.
7. If consent on the sentence check the box, then click Checkout.
