Registration & Onboarding | |
| How do I create an account? | Click “Login” on the homepage and then Switch to "Sign Up", and complete the registration form. Once verified, your account will be activated and can login. |
| Is there a fee to join? | Registration for customers is completely free. We charge nothing on registration. |
| What documents are required to register? | No documents are required during registration. However, we may request documents such as your VAT certificate or commercial registration (CR) number in the future, especially when applying for credit or for account verification purposes. |
Buying on the Marketplace | |
| How do I place an order? | Log in, search or browse products, add items to your cart, and follow the checkout process. |
| Can I request a custom quotation? | Yes! Use the “Request for Quotation” (RFQ) feature on any supplier’s page to get custom quotes for large or specialized orders. |
| How is payment handled? | We offer secure payment options, including advance payment by credit card, cash on Delivery and Credit line (if enabled). |
| How do I track my order? | You can track all orders in the “My Orders” dashboard with real-time updates. |
